I'm visiting my old school Harrytown, to run a workshop to inspire the girls to unlock their potential

This morning 3 of us hosted a business breakfast to celebrate International Women's Day.

We hosted over 50 leaders from across the business and everyone shared stories about what has helped them succeed. We all made committments on what we would each do to help someone else succeed. It was a truly uplifting and energising hour. I am proud that we have such great leaders, both male and female in our business.

I have also had a call today with the deputy headmaster at my old school Harrytown RC High, Romiley, Stockport.

Along with some other leaders from Asda we are planning to talk to the girls about our school life and facilitate a workshop to help unlock their potential and achieve even better results.

We are just in the planning stage and we are all so excited at how we can start to make a difference.

If anyone has run any similar workshops I would love to hear from them with any tips or advice.

Will let you know how many girls we inspire.
