Who's inspired you?:
My parents have always been incredibly hard-working and enjoyed work which inspired me to do whatever I did well and to find a way of enjoying it. My first boss was an incredible entrepreneur and ran his business not only amazingly well but was always fair and ethical, which of course gave me another great example to follow.
What sums up inspiration for you?:
Inspiration for me is watching someone achieve a goal that would from an outsider's perspective be unachievable and then see them absolutely knock it out of the park!
Experiences I can share:
I did really badly at school, leaving with only 1 GSCE in Drama. I had no idea what I wanted to be or do in life. I landed on my feet when a careers adviser suggested a YTS placement with a local company. The placement turned into 8 years with me starting off as an office junior and leaving in 1998 having had a successful career to set up my own telemarketing business. I founded Great Guns in my flat 13 years ago and it is now the UK's leading B2B telemarketing agency.
