What We Believe
We aim to empower both men and women to feel challenged and fulfilled in their careers, so we can grow and retain valuable talent. In particular, we are focusing on making sure women are receiving the mentoring, training and networking opportunities they need to be successful in their roles.
In the technology industry, we don’t have enough women in leadership roles and need to do more to encourage girls and young women to pursue educational and career paths that they may not initially consider. We are excited to be working with the everywoman organization on the Modern Muse project so that we can help to mentor these girls, as well as encourage other professional women and organizations to participate in the project, to ensure the next generations of professional women are more informed, empowered and successful in their careers.
