What We Believe
The BT Women’s Network helps our female employees to achieve their full career potential, providing contacts, mentoring, coaching, advice and guidance to its members. It provides workshops on managing careers, understanding aspirations and networking know-how. It also runs events looking at strategies to increase women’s confidence and develop leadership skills. There are satellites of the Women’s Network in Europe, North America and South East Asia, providing extended networking opportunities.
